If you want to score very good marks in NEET or aiims then you have to read ncert thoroughly for all the subjects as ncert is the backbone for cracking neet and aiims, 90% of the questions will come from ncert only so after completing ncert questions you can go through some other books like-

2)DC Pandey, physics
3)modern's ABC chemistry
