Study theory and solve examples from Understanding Physics for JEE Series by DC Pandey (dont solve exercise questions, because these questions are of JEE Standard and you dont need to solve that level questions, however just carefully study the theory portion and solve only the examples).

For Biology, study NCERT only. Solve questions from Fingertips Biology MCQ Books. Solve NCERT Exemplar book and finally Previous year questions (2012-2018). Do not solve too old question papers because NCERT was different previously.

Any entrance exam can be cracked with or without coaching. It all depends on students will and determination.
Perks of taking coaching classes
* You get the correct guidance and direction in which one needs to work for any entrance.
*Coaching classes provide with a lot of tests which helps in assessing your preparation.
*Doubts can easily be solved then and there by the faculty.
*Study material provided by the institute helps in preparing too wrt the extra content needed.
But this doesn't mean it's mandatory to take coaching.
Coaching leads to a conditional mind and one has to prepare only on the guidelines and pattern provided by coaching institutes.
There has been ample examples where people get through these exams without any coaching classes.
For NEET one needs to be thorough with NCERT of all subjects and regular practicing of questions helps a lot.

Well, to be honest, the first and last thing is to set your goal that you can and you will as because competition are huge and if you want to join a good government Medical college then your target score should be 600+

just follow this routine for best results

Biology-Follow ncert for bio + allen/akash study material

Chemistry-Follow ncert for physical part ,And organic from allen /akash study package

Phyics-Follow ncert ,allen/akash package and solve numericals from h c verma

Now time management no need to study for 24 hours just study for 12 hours that will be great

Allot (56)hrs for biology every day

3 hours for Chemistry

&

3 hours for physics

At last, solve as many mcq as you can and practice last 15 years papers and try to solve them in time and if possible download Allen mobile app in your smartphone and try to test yourself by giving exams
