According to the eligibility criteria of AIIMS UG, it is not mandatory for a candidate seeking admission in AIIMS to qualify NEET UG exam as well. You can take admission here, without even giving the NEET exam. However, you need to qualify the other eligibility criteria of AIIMS in order to get admission in the college.
