There is no such restriction on hair cut but the matter is your face should match your photo in your admit card .

You will have 2-  3 minutes interrogation nothing else . You must carry your aadhar card , admit card along with you without fail. Show them immediately to save time . Avoid unnecessary argument.

If you go with hair cut and if it is showing some difference in looks then you may have issue .

So it is better to avoid making changes in your looks , If in your photo you have long hairs and in neet Examination hall you are entering with zero cut hairs then obviously you will be interrogated .
