Hello Aspirant! 

In order to be eligible for NEET UG, you need to fulfill the following criteria:

• Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
• Candidates who will be appearing for Class 12 examinations in 2020 are also eligible to apply for NEET UG.
• The candidate must be born on or before 31st December, 2003.

Hello dear aspirant .

The subject which you needed to have in 12th are

1) Physics 

2) chemistry

3)biology

Two more among hindi english computer arts etc.

Apart from these subjects your score should be 60%+ in order to give neet entrance test.
