I am asuming that you are now gonna start prepation so here are the books:
For freshers (11&12 th):

• Read ncrts of all subjects
• Mtg reference books are good
• Try to get coaching because their material is to the mark and oriented and error free
• If not coaching then atleast get their notes
• Try previous years questions in last 3 months of preparation.

For dropers:

• Since theyhavr limited time so cant go too deep so try and read biology ncrt in great detail
• If you want can take coaching otherwise study materials would do good.
• Solve questions from mtg reference books as well as previous  year questions.
• Focus on questions more.
• Take test series

If you are going to appear in this year's neet then not much time is left so read biology from ncrt thoroughly and solve its questions  and for physics and chem stick to previous year questions and solve related tropics well!
