With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that in order to avail the backward class reservation in neet ug, you need to have a valid OBC Certificate only. There's no requirements for you to study your primary school or middle school in backward areas.

Furthermore, The qualifying marks fro SC/St/OBC category students in neet is described as follows :

Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates should have scored 40% of passing marks in Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination .

In addition to this, there will be the 27% reservation for OBC candidates in NEET courses as per the court orders as on 7th january, 2022.
