• The NEET UG scores that you have mentioned above are a bit low to get you admission into govt. BUMS college. However, you do have chance to get admission into govt. aided or private colleges.
• Few non-Govt. BUMS colleges in UP are:

1.) Ibn-e-Sina Tibbiya College and Hospital 
2.) Jamia Tibbia Deoband
3.) Deoband Unani Medical College
4.) Allama Iqbal Unani Medical College 
5.) The Aligarh Unani and Ayurvedic Medical College

Sorry to say but as you may be knowing, this year mark to rank ratio has seen a drastic change, so, you getting colleges though you have state quota and reservation quota seems to be very difficult.

So, even if you wait till mop up round chances seem to be very less.
