As you mentioned with SC category and 474 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
Some of the colleges you might get-
  • BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat:previous year cutoff :409 marks
  • Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar:420 marks
  • Kalpna Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal;430 marks
