I hope you are talking about KGMC and you have not mentioned you category so the student on the basis of 2019 cut off marks. So on the basis of the marks you will get an idea about how much marks you should aim for to get kgmc Medical College
For general category student 613 marks
For SC category student 557 marks
For ST Category student 496 marks
This was the 2019 cut offs so try to get marks more than this by 15-20 so that your chances can be increased to get admission as every year cut off increases.

it is really predict to the cutoff that at that score you will  surely get any particular college. however to get 550+ score in neet is really good to get mbbs seat, but this is liable to change in every year, it based on many factors like seat matrix, category, questions difficulty level, number of participants etc etc. we dont have 2019 cut off till now, based on 2018 general category cut off was 589.
