Hello student as both of these examination is national level entrance examination to get into top medical and engineering college respectively both is tough in their respective place. Its not fair to judge any entrance examination as more tough or less tough its depend on student capability. If you're good in Biology then neet is a good option for you instead of Jee. Prefer NCERT to build your basic concept.

Eligibility for Neet - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and biology/Biotechnology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
Eligibility for Jee main - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
