So first of all KPC doesn't have seats under All India Quota.

One of my friend from general category with WB domicile with a score of 533 got admission in KPC in the first round. Considering this and that KPC is the best government college of West Bengal the cut off going to 509 even in mop up round is a bit difficult. You can try for it but it's better to other options too .
