Sorry to say but your score are very low to get government BHMS college in Maharashtra. You must atleast score 300 and above in NEET to get government BHMS college through  state level quota of Maharashtra. With these score you can take admission through management quota of private BHMS college.

In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 275394 secured a seat in BAMS under SC Category. This was 289 marks. Now BHMS usually has higher marks than BAMS. So with a score of 169, it might be difficult for a seat in BHMS. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
