Hello Vasantha !!

The cut off changes every year depending on certain factors like number of candidates qualifying, number of seats , difficulty level of paper etc.
This year the cut off is expected to increase by 15-30 marks .
Following I will be mentioning some colleges along with their cut off in 2018 ,which you may get with a score of 399.

Hey there, you scored 399 marks in NEET and you also belong to BC category.
