Hello,

Thanks for reaching out!

As you scored 394 marks in NEET in the OBC category, paramedical courses like B.Sc. Nursing, BPT , or allied health sciences often have comparatively lower cutoffs in government or government-aided colleges. In many states, OBC reservation works in your favor, so you should definitely apply through the state counseling portals. Look for options like B.Sc. Nursing seats in government medical colleges, government paramedical institutes, and allied health programs. You may also get a seat in newer medical colleges where cutoffs aren’t as steep. It’s important to participate in both All India Quota counseling and your state quota rounds to maximize chances.

With a NEET score of 394 under OBC category, getting a government medical college seat for MBBS or BDS is unlikely as the cutoff is generally much higher. However, for paramedical courses some government colleges do consider NEET scores or conduct their own counselling. Your chances depend on the state quota, cutoff trends, and number of seats available. It is advisable to apply through your state counselling to know if you can get a government paramedical seat.

Hello Sachin

With a NEET score of 394 and being from OBC category, you have some chances of getting a government college for Paramedical. The cutoff of government college for paramedical ranges from 450 - 490 for your category. With your score of 394, you may have a chance in the last rounds and in low demand colleges.

Thank You!!!
