Hi Gopal,

NEET 2019 which will be held tomorrow is basically in offline mode or paper pen based mode.So it is expected that NEET 2020 will also be in offline mode.

But at first it was said that it will be held on online mode organized by NTA and exam will be held twice a year.then the rules changes and it remains in offline mode as earlier and decided to take exam once a year.

NTA is planning to conduct NEET 2020 in online mode. But there has been no clear cut official announcement regarding the same. Do wait for some time till the forms are released by 3 May 2019.
