Revising from R. D. Sharma and NCERT is quite sufficient to get a good rank in JEE Mains but if you are confident enough about answering the questions in these two books then you can move on to S. K. Goyal and practice some new pattern problems there.
Always remember one thing that it's always best to know more than the syllabus but have a good grip in basic concepts first then practice basic problems included in your syllabus.
After all that done then go for new pattern books that contain beyond the syllabus questions.
