Neil Gogte Institute of Technology (NGIT) is started by Keshav Memorial Technical Educational Society soon after the formation of the 29th state Telangana it is the first engineering college to be formed. NGIT is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is aligned to Osmania University( O.U ) Hyderabad (https://collegedunia.com/university/25368-osmania-university-ou-hyderabad) . It is acknowledged by Government of Telangana and powered by GENESIS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. It promotes education from pre-primary to Post Graduate courses. The campus is at Kachvani singaram village at Uppal in Hyderabad and spread around at the area of 10.02 acres.

NGIT is not Autonomous Institute, It is aligned to Osmania University.
