Hello Dear,
NIE(national institute of engineering), Mysore is the oldest one.it's established in 1946 and Tezpur University, Assam is the new one, it's founed in 1994.
both are good college and they have better faculties and good environment.
but according to me, I recommend NIE over Tezpur University.
