For now, all students having minimum qualifying marks in class 12th from NIOS are eligible for NEET

Minimum qualifying marks are

50 percent aggregate in PCB for general category

40 percent aggregate in PCB for SC/ST/OBC students

And minimum age of 17 years

Decision for whether to keep eligiblity of NIOS students in NEET valid or not is still pending, so for now all students of NIOS are eligible for NEET
