Your question is not really clear however I will try my best to give you an answer. NIOS is for On-line admission that is open all round the year to those learners who either have already passed the Secondary Examination from their board and want to take admission in either one subject or can tale admission in up to 4 subjects to update their qualification or for learners who had appeared but were not able to clear, or who were eligible but couldnt appear in the Public Examination of the Secondary level  .
