Hello aspirant,
If you are too passionate about cse/it then definitely join iiit Lucknow because at the end of the day it is the  interest of yours that matters the most, but if branch is not the case then you should go for nit kurukshetra electrical as nit kurukshetra holds better ranking as compared to iiit Lucknow.
