If you are General category student, score more than 90%. If you are OBC category student, score more than 80%. If you are SC category student, score more than 66%. If you are ST category student, score more than 50%. Along with that clear the cut off in JEE Mains as per your category.

Minimum 75%aggregate marks in Class12th is must for general category and OBC category.

For SC, ST and PwD category, 65% is minimum.

Also student can eitherbe in top20 percentile of the board.
