With this rank and obc category, in intial rounds you may not get a NIT, but if you go for special round, there is a chance for you to get a college. In this case you may even get MNIT Jaipur and that too mechanical or electrical engineering. But, it depends on you to go for special round or not. It is risky  thing and many don't go for it and that is why cut off goes too much low. Hope this helps.
