Hello Gowtami,

I'm here to help you regarding your query.

Firstly, both the Colleges were established in the same year 2015, both being approved by UGC and come under government Colleges. So, both were almost the same when compared among these two. However, NIT tadepalligudem will have higher intake of students and also has more number of courses whereas IIT Tirupati has only fewer streams to join in. So, both were almost the same. In IIT Tirupati, the students count is less and has a good student teacher ratio which might be a plus point.
I suggest you to better visit the colleges before you join and take admission accordingly.  I suggest you to join in IIT Tirupati, because the value of a IIT degree is far higher than that of NIT's. So, its your convenience and there is much difference between these two.

Feel free to ask us !!

Good luck !! Cheers !!
