But bourdly speaking : The competition is always high and the top colleges take upto cutoff of 88% .

So, unless you are trying to get admission via an competitive examination, you are in trouble.

But 82% is a great mark and you can still get into plenty of colleges . If you are lucky then you can get into top colleges in 3rd or 4th merit list.
