Some of the important units of both 11th and 12th class, I'm mentioning below

Plant and animal kingdom ( 6-8 questions)

Human physiology (all 7 chapter may nearly give you 12-15 ques)

Cell biology and cell cycle (5-7 question)

Human reproduction and contraceptive devices ( min 5 questions)

Genetics and molecular biology (12-15 ques)

Ecosystem ( combined last 4 chapter may give you nearly 15 questions)

these are some must do units and chapter which you must read if you want to score good in biology section in any entrance exam.
