See previously there were AIIMS JIPMER etc but all these other medical entrance exams have been merged into NEET. And NEET has now become the only exam to get an entry into all the medical courses like MBBS BAMS BDS BHMS BPT, etc. So NEET is the most basic target of a 10+2 medical aspirant. And other options that you have is like CET for pharmacy, pharma-D courses, or maybe KVPY for bachelor's in a particular stream.
