Yes, there are some issues with NATA site or it can be some internet connectivity problem from your side. You have got your application registered number and password, in either case, log in again and complete the application form by submitting the fee.

Clear history and cookies from the browser and try opening again. And choose billdesk instead of state bank of india. This will mostly solve the issue.

If you can't submit the form then also. Then create a new email id and do all the procedure again.
