Not fit for technical course This remark when university marked? after this remark student away from any other education?

Not fit for technical course means the student is not eligible for enrollment in any technical courses. Technically courses include mostly engineering courses . But you may definetly register for non technical courses like B.Sc  MBA, BA, B.Com BBA, etc.
