First, you have to clearly understand the fact that preparation for your boards and JEE Mains don't have a lot of difference because The questions in JEE Mains are mostly based on NCERT syllabus except some advanced level questions. So if you have prepared really well for Boards, you can easily score a pretty decent score in JEE.
So according to me right now focusing on your boards is most important as the marks of the boards are really important. If you're not confident about JEE you can drop a year and prepare for it again but you cannot retake your boards like that.
