No, technically you cannot apply until your final year. Dont even try to create an alias profile by using a different email ID and false details to answer the Examination. You may even succeed in giving the exam this time, but ultimately when you will answer CAT in future, your original candidature will be rejected at the Test Center, with your Biometrics matching with another identity (Alias one) of the previous year and hence, many create trouble for you.
