Several companies visits for campus placements and the eligibility criteria varies from one company to another. You may participate in campus placements when you are in pre-final year or final year depending on the eligibility criteria and you must clear all the backlogs and obtain results before participating in campus drive. Few companies only accept the candidates with no backlogs background right from first year for such companies you  may not be eligible to apply. So you are eligible to apply for companies which accepts candidates who had backlogs but cleared them. Please check the eligibility criteria before applying and ensure that you fulfill the eligibility requirements.
