NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2019 and subsequent years. The Supreme Court has put a Stay on order that stops NIOS candidates from appearing in NEET Exam.

So NIOS students can apply for NEET exam if they fulfil the other eligibility criteria of NEET. However, the eligibility of NIOS and other open school private candidates depends on the final verdict special leave petitions filed by MCI. Till now NIOS students are eligible for NEET

Dear Supriya, there are 2 major criteria to be eligible for NEET. You should be atleast 17 years by December 31st of the year of admission and you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. You should clear 10+2 in all subjects and score the aggregate required for your Category.
