Hello Neeta,

This is the best time to start preparing for NEET and to fulfill your dream of getting into a top medical College.

You should try and follow these steps in order to succeed-

1. Start going through NCERT textbooks thoroughly. NEET is an entrance exam that is purely NCERT based. After reading every chapter make sure you finish all the back question and examples and try to understand the concept behind every question as each question is a of a difference variety.

2. If possible join a coaching institute as it will give you a deeper insight of concepts that are indirectly mentioned in NCERT textbooks but are frequently asked in NEET.

3. take every weekly test seriously in coaching institutes. Practice as many as questions as possible for every chapter. If you practice More variety of questions you'll be able to solve more no. Of questions in the exam with more precision.

4. Make a notebook for all the questions you couldn't solve in one go. Revise them regularly.

5. Chapter wise practice previous year questions with time limits. It will help you learn time management.

6. Once done with the syllabus, practice previous 10years question papers and don't just find out which is answer is correct, but also try and look for why the other options are incorrect.

Hope the answer was helpful. Feel free to ask for any further assistance.

All the best!

Hello,

The best book to start with is NCERT.It is recommended by almost every teacher or aspirants who have cracked NEET.Though reading ncert is a little lengthy and boring but if you will complete and cover all chapters you will have a great advantage.
