Now Iam in B tech 1st year so Am i able to gave jee main test????And Suppose I am Qualify the test so am start 2nd year of b tech in NIT ??

You can apply for JEE Mains & in case you get any NIT. Then, you need to start over like any other normal student. You can't start directly from 2nd Year. You need start from 1st year as a fresher.

Qualifying exam for JEE Main 2019-

Candidates must have passed class XII or qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018.
