Well, the best way is to through your notes specially in all those subjects in which you have only to remember , and start solving Ques from model paper ,model paper contain selected question that will as well enhance your practice of some key questions  . For maths as well try to take help from friend or sir or internet from where ever to understand because it's difficult now to study whole from books. And be confident don't feel stressed everything goes well don't worry just work hard don't see the time it will be completed by the end day if you work hard .!
