If you can tell which two questions you are talking about then it will give us a better idea of the situation. However if there has been no awarding of bonus marks, then maybe the questions were found to be correct and therefore no bonus given. The bonus marks are given only if the question is wrong, if the question has multiple answers ( in only one correct option type questions) or if no options are the correct answer to the given question.
