As per the news in the links above, NTA will conduct NEET from 2019 onwards not in 2018.
As of now NTA is not yet formed so most likely we can't expect it to conduct exam in 2018.

Even if NTA is conducting the exam, the pattern and syllabus will be the same. So don't worry and keep preparing.

Irrespective of who conducts exam next year, the syllabus for NEET-UG will cover only those topics that have been mentioned in the NCERT, so you need not worry. Also, regarding the difficulty level of the question paper, it is very obvious that the authorities will keep in mind the trend of questions that have been asked in the recent years and will prepare a question paper accordingly. Your job is to focus on your preparations and not worry about these changes, as your efforts will pay off at the end of the day.
As far as the topic of who will be conducting the examinations next year is concerned, although a national testing authority (NTA) has been formed, it will take them time to come into full force and since the registrations for NEET-UG entrance will probably begin by the end of December 2017 or by January 2018, CBSE might probably intervene for the year 2018 and NTA might come into force from 2019 onwards.
Unless an official news is out, this remains a dilemma.

Hello Priyanka,
Yes NTA will be conducting the examinations, but the pattern and portion will still be the same. Don't worry, learnt knowledge never gets wasted. So just go on studying and preparing for your exam.

Goodluck.

Hi Priyanka Jena

It is still not very clear that NTA is conducting exam from this year onwards or from 2019.

But I don't think that changing of conducting authority will gonna affect students in any way. It is done to rectify and improve the quality of exams. Questions will be from the same syllabus as were in previous years.

No need to worry.

Keep your eye  on target.

Study well, prepare well and do well in exam

All the Best

Hi priyanka
NTA would be conducting the exams from next year. It would be conducting neet 2019.
And regarding question pattern etc. Let the NTA be formed, then only we would be able to know if there are any changes.
All the best.
