KVPY offers seats in the top research institutes of India like IISC and IISER.

IISc has a total intake of 120. The top 200-250 students are called in for an interview.

IISER has seven branches in different cities. The combined number of seats including all the branches is almost 1300.

IIT D and IIT H also accept KVPY for admissions. However, they offer a limited number of seats, approximately 25-30 seats for KVPY qualified students.
