There is a lot of scope for nurses to work abroad provided they satisfy the requirements of that country. 

Countries in Middle East doesn't have any nursing license exam to be cleared before applying for a job. 

Countries like USA and Canada have their own license exam which are to be cleared before applying for a job. You need to be fluent in English and few countries also take score of ielts or TOEFL into consideration. 

Working conditions are better in USA and Canada as compared to Middle East countries.
