You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting into IIITs and NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this percentile.

Note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
