Hi, As per your query about giving one exam out of NEET or AIIMS, I would like to say you should definitely give NEET Because it covers everything except AIIMS and JIPMER..... now once you are done with NEET, you will get around 20 days for AIIMS... SO basically you should attempt both....
Moreover the cpurse is not too different... I agree type of ques differ and general knowledge 20 ques arr different in AIIMS.... but you should give a try...

If you want to focus on one only.... I would like personally say it should be NEET.... Untill you are too confident of cracking AIIMS....

Actually your question is not clear. I assume that you want to know whether it's fine to choose between NEET exam and AIIMS. If you are thinking about skipping either of it then please do reconsider your decision, because if your preparation is pretty good then there are chances you'll get into AIIMS also. So it's better to write both the exams.
