Yes that will be a problem if you want to reservation. If you don't need reservation than there is no need to upload caste certificate.

So if you need reservation you should upload the caste certificate.

Well it was written optional in bracket of that plus it was given that obc student must have obc certificate before first councelling. So I did not uploaded it . Is that all right
