According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your percentile would be in the range of 98.94-99.14 and your rank would lies in between 3749-9399. On the basis of this rank and percentile you can easily get into top NITs like NIT Uttarakhand,NIT Jaipur,NIT Jamshedpur and so on as per previous year's cut-offs but it is little bit difficult to get CSE branch.
