Caution money and security deposit is payable to all student  in anytime they refuse for continuing his or her study in that college. But  all the fees and different fees, money will not be refunded if the request is made up 31st October for the academic session 2021 to 2022. Add the request  for withdrawal that is on 7 January which is after 31st October 2021. So it is not possible for them to refund the money you have deposited that the decision of UGC guidelines. Case of TC caution money and security deposit will be paid to the student after placing a request letter to the principal for refunding those amount of money within 2-3 days of working days.
