Hello
Caution money and security deposit is payable to all student in anytime they refuse for continuing his or her study in that college. But all the fees and different fees, money will not be refunded if the request is made up 31st October for the academic session 2021 to 2022. Add the request for withdrawal that is on 7 January which is after 31st October 2021. So it is not possible for them to refund the money you have deposited that the decision of UGC guidelines. Case of TC caution money and security deposit will be paid to the student after placing a request letter to the principal for refunding those amount of money within 2-3 days of working days.
Hope this will help.
RTI - Right to Information Act.
This act will lead you that how to get your refund. But it won't get back your refund. You just go to the post office and buy RTI stamp which cost around 10rs. Then write down your questions in a white paper. Then that letter to whom you want to ask.
From post office you will get a receipt. After the letter you send, within 30 days the official should reply you back. So surely you will get a reply.
Just ask question that you asked here. Ask why I can't get refund or what is the process or mistake is mine or yours or how to get it kind of.
Hope it helps.
Hello Dear!
Yes, University Grant Commission ordered all the institutions to abide by the rules and refund the fees. Some private and deemed-to-be-universities have a hefty fee structure, so the students couldn't get admitted to these colleges. The University Grant Commission ordered all the institutions to abide by the rule and refund the necessary fee. The UGC also came with certain norms for the fee refund procedure, as the candidate can get the fee refund if and when he/she withdraws from the admission .
Here is the list of money refunded according to the time period guideline by UCG :

Hello Aspirant,
As we know that as of now in Maharashtra cases are gradually increasing again which seems to be the second wave of COVID-19 and the circumstances are becoming unfavorable and the Maharashtra government has decided to keep the schools and colleges closed till November 30th as a preventional measure and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines which have been issued two days ago, then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions. Also note that the colleges are allowed to reopen with the proper consent of respective state government or UT governments.
I hope this information cleared your doubts.
Good Luck!!
