as per the expected cutoff of this year for genera;l  category the cutoff is about 89.75. you cba apply for cs if you have a percntile higher than the official cutoff released by the nta, which is yet to declare. moreover to get admission in top nits for  cs you need to have a percentile of above 99.5 if you are from general category and you do not havr any reservation. the selection scheme at present is not based on the marks you obtain, it is just converted to percenile according to the procedure for it.
