Hello, hope you are doing well!

The basis of cut off percentage for any under graduation course is usually prepared taking best of four percentage. However, for some colleges/universities it can be best of three, but its very rare. So, I think cut off for BSc in Physics is also prepared on the basis of best of four marks.
