On what basis does Bsc admission take place? CET score or 12th percentage?

The admissions for BSc are done on the basis of class 12 marks only.

Candidates must obtain 50%-60% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination with Mathematics/Biology as one of the subjects.

Usually, the universities require only the best 4 subject marks to be included in the 50%-60% criteria, but mathematics/biology must be one of those subjects.
